The role
This is our first dedicated marketing hire.
Your singular goal is generating qualified pipeline for our enterprise GTM team.
You'll own the full demand motion — building it, testing it, and iterating until it works.
There's no inherited playbook here. You'll come in with strong instincts, run fast experiments across channels and formats, and double down on whatever moves the needle. The job is equal parts strategist, executor, and analyst.
What you'll drive
→ Inbound awareness among VP Marketing and CMO-level buyers across commerce, CPG, retail, and hospitality brands
→ Content that builds authority — thought leadership, case studies, benchmark reports, whatever earns attention from the right people
→ Conversion infrastructure — landing pages, lead magnets, demo request flows
→ Outbound sequences that feel warm, not cold — triggered by intent signals
→ Channel experiments across LinkedIn, paid, events, partnerships, and beyond
→ A pipeline reporting cadence the CEO can trust
Who you are
→ You've driven B2B pipeline at a startup before — not just supported it
→ You hold your instincts loosely. You'd rather run the test than win the argument
→ You write well. Crisp, specific, never sounds like marketing
→ You're comfortable with ambiguity and allergic to busywork
→ Experience marketing to global retail, CPG, or multi-location consumer brands is a real plus
